If you are seeing varied colors of session titles, here is your guide:
Cranberry = Catersource education sessions
Bright pink = TSE education sessions
Dark blue = those sessions or events that can be attended by anyone with a Catersource or TSE pass, or requires a separate ticket.
Find your best experience by first choosing the pass type you have purchased. This will weed out all other extraneous sessions.

Sessions do fill up and seating is first come, first served. Note: Individual presentations may also be on this website shortly before the published show dates. They may or may not be the final presentation.

Betty Kalin's passion is managing people, business development and operational excellence. She is a seasoned professional with 24 years of experience in the hospitality industry encompassing restaurants, hotels, and catering. Betty currently serves as the Vice President of Dish Food & Events, where she oversees the sales and operations teams. She joined Dish in 2016 as the Director of Sales + Marketing. Prior to her role at Dish, Betty operated her own boutique catering company, Betty Brooklyn Catering Co., and worked at prestigious hospitality companies including the Marriott Marquis, Ritz Carlton, The Breakers, and Core: Club. Outside of work, Betty cares deeply about contributing to her community. She is a member of CAMBA's junior board and the ICA Education Committee. She also organizes the annual spring fundraiser for the PS 230 PTA.
