I’m a 27-year-old Culinary Production Supervisor at Mangia Catering Company with just under four years of experience in the culinary field. My passion lies in hospitality and creating meaningful experiences through food. As Chef Gusteau says in Ratatouille, “anyone can cook,” but I believe it’s hospitality that truly brings people together and turns a meal into a memorable experience.
