I was born and raised in Peru until I was 15, my first love was Soccer. I came to the USA shortly after an injury that cut my professional soccer career short. Not long after, I started cooking and found a new passion. I love cooking modern fusion dishes using Peruvian peppers and molecular gastronomy. I have worked in several fine dining restaurants and specialize in a variety of cuisines.
