Borja Rosales brings over 15 years of expertise in the hospitality industry to his role as General Manager at Bold Catering & Design in Atlanta. A dynamic leader with a talent for turning big ideas into memorable moments, Borja oversees a team of culinary and design professionals who deliver unforgettable events in the Atlanta region and beyond. From jaw-dropping floral arrangements to innovative culinary creations to cutting-edge design trends, his focus is on bringing visions to life – all while ensuring operational efficiency and productivity. Born and raised in the vibrant city of Madrid, Spain, Borja’s passion for hospitality began early. Growing up surrounded by his family’s catering company, he developed a deep appreciation for the industry and knew he wanted to excel in the field. His professional journey has been shaped by hands-on experiences at leading hospitality businesses, extensive global travel, and a degree in hospitality management. After more than a decade of exploring the hospitality industry, Borja returned to his roots in catering. Borja’s transition to Bold was a full-circle moment, inspired by a meaningful exchange with the company’s former GM and a shared vision for leadership. What excites him most about his role is the opportunity to make an impact every day—whether by mentoring rising stars, creating innovative new company structures, solving unique challenges, or elevating the team and client experience. He thrives in the fast-paced Bold environment, embracing its variety and the ever-changing hospitality landscape. In his personal time, Borja enjoys exploring Atlanta’s food scene, going for long walks, connecting with friends back home in Spain, hitting the golf course, and traveling to new destinations.
