Sassy Portnow is an up and coming chef with a wide background from the Pacific North West. She has grown in to her position through her perseverance and strong will do to amazing things in the culinary industry. She runs her kitchen with compassion and strong values for respect and community. When she isn't cooking, she is collecting new novelties and enriching herself in culture to inspire her. Sassy is creative and chaoic when it come to her flavors and plating, she really has an eye for new styles and creative flavor profiles. Regularly lives up to her nickname.
