Cranberry = Catersource education sessions
Bright pink = TSE education sessions
Dark blue = those sessions or events that can be attended by anyone with a Catersource or TSE pass, or requires a separate ticket.
Find your best experience by first choosing the pass type you have purchased. This will weed out all other extraneous sessions.
Sessions do fill up and seating is first come, first served. Note: Individual presentations may also be on this website shortly before the published show dates. They may or may not be the final presentation.

Jennifer Perna started Fulton Market Consulting in May, 2017 after developing an event experience and sales management portfolio for over 25 years in the Chicago catering and special events industry. Jennifer coaches various hospitality-related owners, managers and leaders on growing their sales revenue while also increasing bottom line profitability. Besides providing new ideas on leadership, management, business development and sales strategies, Jennifer also provides valuable insight on culinary, operations, finance, human resources and general management practices. Jennifer brings a dynamic, approachable and relatable communication style to all levels and members of the team. Prior to starting her business, Jennifer was the Vice President of Sales at Blue Plate Catering from August, 2008 thru April, 2017. Jennifer thrived in her position, leading a team of 32 dynamic sales and production associates generating annual revenue exceeding $27 million in off-premise catering sales. During her tenure, she spearheaded a 167% increase in revenue while also increasing bottom line profitability. Jennifer is a passionate and involved member of the International Caterers Association (ICA). She is a proud graduate of the Cornell School of Hotel Administration. When Jennifer is not spending time with her clients, you can find her on a beach anywhere in the world.
