If you are seeing varied colors of session titles, here is your guide:
Cranberry = Catersource education sessions
Bright pink = TSE education sessions
Dark blue = those sessions or events that can be attended by anyone with a Catersource or TSE pass, or requires a separate ticket.
Find your best experience by first choosing the pass type you have purchased. This will weed out all other extraneous sessions.

Sessions do fill up and seating is first come, first served. Note: Individual presentations may also be on this website shortly before the published show dates. They may or may not be the final presentation.

Sean Pals is a seasoned professional with over 22 years of experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Northwest Director of Catering for Brinton Business Ventures. In this role, he oversees the strategic direction of multiple catering brands, including full-service catering and a food truck brand.

Sean’s hospitality journey began at 17 years old, quickly advancing to executive chef within five years. Over the following decade, he refined his craft by developing and expanding culinary programs across various hospitality venues, including hotels, cafés, and catering companies.
Before his current position, Sean held a leadership role in food and beverage management, overseeing large-scale contracts and operations for prominent clients, demonstrating his expertise in driving growth and operational success.
A dedicated leader, Sean is passionate about inspiring those around him to achieve confidence, happiness, success, and professional fulfillment. His empowering leadership style focuses on fostering individual and team growth, ensuring everyone reaches their full potential.
