Cranberry = Catersource education sessions
Bright pink = TSE education sessions
Dark blue = those sessions or events that can be attended by anyone with a Catersource or TSE pass, or requires a separate ticket.
Find your best experience by first choosing the pass type you have purchased. This will weed out all other extraneous sessions.
Sessions do fill up and seating is first come, first served. Note: Individual presentations may also be on this website shortly before the published show dates. They may or may not be the final presentation.

Adam Noyes’s hospitality career began early as a young man working in his family’s Atlanta-based catering businesses learning the industry from the ground up helping to conduct corporate parties & social events, The Democratic National Convention, 1996 Centennial Olympic Games, multiple NBA Final Fours and Super Bowl XXXIV. Noyes earned a hospitality degree from Western Carolina University and went to work for the Ritz Carlton Buckhead as a Food & Beverage Intern. Noyes joined Hyatt Hotels in 1999 and worked in many Sales & Marketing leadership roles over the next 14 years at Hyatt Regency Atlanta, Hyatt Regency Greenville, Hyatt Regency Corporate North American and, lastly, Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead. In this role, Noyes was awarded the 2011 Director of Sales & Marketing of the Year Award for Hyatt Hotels Corporation.
Noyes joined Proof of the Pudding in 2012. Today in Adam’s role of CEO, he is responsible for overseeing the company’s overall strategic direction client relations, building culture, business development, and he has played a key role in the growth of the food service management business at Proof of the Pudding scaling revenues more than 1000% over the past decade. Adam has reorganized and built out the organizations corporate support structure by investing in greater resources & talent in Sales, Public Relations, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, and business development that better supports the operational and culinary teams in the field to better serve the many valued client partnerships. Adam works closely with Investors, Bruin Capital to set future strategy, develop M&A targets and focus on future planning to continually work to improve the business, culture, growth and customer satisfaction results.
Adam also works with and supports many industry and community organizations including the Atlanta Convention & Visitor's Bureau board, Georgia State University School of Hospitality board, ECEP Founding Board Member, Atlanta Community Food Bank Governing Board and the Giving Kitchen’s Governing Board. He lives in Marietta, GA with his wife Erin and daughters Haden and Blythe and enjoys spending time with family, golfing, boating, travel and the outdoors.
