In today's competitive market, hit hard by staffing shortages and rising costs, scaling a catering or events company demands more than exceptional food and service. How can you grow while future-proofing your business?

Proof of the Pudding CEO Adam Noyes and his team built a national venue and food service management and catering company from what began as a storefront Atlanta bakery and sandwich shop. Today the company is the premier provider for international sporting events and college stadiums, convention centers and cultural attractions, and annual galas and bespoke events. He'll share the growth strategies that fueled their success.

The session will unlock the secrets behind:
 Organic Growth: Optimizing existing operations, services and client acquisition for scaled success.
 Venue Ownership: The pros and cons of owning your event space – control, revenue, and risk.
 Partnerships and M&A: Finding the right targets and partners, due diligence, and integrating for a stronger bottom line.
Collect real-world examples and lessons learned that address today's industry-specific hurdles. This session is for business leaders seeking actionable strategies to thrive, not just survive. You'll leave with a roadmap for sustainable growth and the tools to break free from the limitations of a single-location or limited-reach operation.
