If you are seeing varied colors of session titles, here is your guide:
Cranberry = Catersource education sessions
Bright pink = TSE education sessions
Dark blue = those sessions or events that can be attended by anyone with a Catersource or TSE pass, or requires a separate ticket.
Find your best experience by first choosing the pass type you have purchased. This will weed out all other extraneous sessions.

Sessions do fill up and seating is first come, first served. Note: Individual presentations may also be on this website shortly before the published show dates. They may or may not be the final presentation.

As CEO of Proof of the Pudding, Adam Noyes brings 25 years of industry experience. Under Adam’s leadership, the organization has realized transformational growth, particularly in the company’s sports and entertainment division. It has expanded client partnerships in college athletics and stadiums, PGA Tour and professional sports, international boat shows and F1 and other racing venues. Adam joined the organization in 2012 as senior vice president, overseeing the company’s business operations, financial operations, growth and development. Previously, Adam served in sales and marketing leadership roles at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Hyatt Regency and Grand Hyatt Hotels. Adam earned a bachelor’s degree in hospitality and tourism management from Western Carolina University.
