If you are seeing varied colors of session titles, here is your guide:
Cranberry = Catersource education sessions
Bright pink = TSE education sessions
Dark blue = those sessions or events that can be attended by anyone with a Catersource or TSE pass, or requires a separate ticket.
Find your best experience by first choosing the pass type you have purchased. This will weed out all other extraneous sessions.

Sessions do fill up and seating is first come, first served. Note: Individual presentations may also be on this website shortly before the published show dates. They may or may not be the final presentation.

I’m Damian McCartney, a chef from South Africa with over 10 years of experience in the culinary world. My career has taken me through a variety of kitchens, from luxury country clubs and fine dining restaurants to yacht clubs, bistros, and now as the Executive Chef at Personal Touch Dining, a full-service catering company. Each of these environments has shaped my skills and passion for cooking, allowing me to adapt to different challenges while always striving to create exceptional food.

Cooking is my true calling, and I’m committed to bringing creativity and precision to every dish. Whether it’s a gourmet dinner or a large event, I bring bold and balanced flavors to make an impact. As Executive Chef at Personal Touch Dining, I’m focused not only on delivering delicious meals but also on leading my team to provide memorable experiences for our clients.

Along the way, I met my wife while traveling, moving from South Africa to the USA. Our shared love for food and adventure has been an incredible part of my journey, and it continues to inspire me every day. I’m grateful for the experiences that have shaped me both personally and professionally, and I look forward to continuing to grow and evolve in my role at Personal Touch Dining.
