Katie Mast is a speaker, community-builder, and longtime champion of the wedding, event, and creative industries. After nearly a decade running her own destination wedding and event planning business, she now works with brands and founders to help build businesses rooted in trust, connection, and community.
Katie has partnered with and worked alongside industry-defining brands including HoneyBook, The Rising Tide Society, Aisle Planner, and DreamWorks Animation. Today, she dedicates her work to helping companies and small business owners grow sustainable businesses through genuine community, meaningful education, and strong, values-driven partnerships.
Known as the industry’s biggest advocate and kindest hype-girl, Katie is deeply loved for her open-hearted mentorship, curiosity, encouragement, and ability to make people feel seen, supported, and capable of more than they imagined.
Originally from California and now based in North Carolina, Katie shares life with her husband Josh, their kids Beckett and Olivia, two pups, and a steady stream of oat milk lattes. She’s an Enneagram 2 at heart, a forever student, and a firm believer that success should feel human.
