David MagnascoExecutive Chef and OwnerThe Chef's Table

David Magnasco is the Owner and Executive Chef of The Chef’s Table, where he lives above the restaurant with his wife and daughter, fully embracing a life centered around hospitality and food. He holds a degree in Culinary Management and completed advanced culinary and wine studies in Italy, focusing on regional cuisine and food and wine pairing.


With more than thirty years of professional experience, Chef David has worked in fine dining kitchens across Hawaii and Wisconsin, rising through roles from Sous Chef to Executive Chef and General Manager. His vision for an intimate, chef-driven dining experience grew from years of hosting personalized dinners, ultimately leading him to renovate a historic warehouse and open The Chef’s Table in 2014.


An active member of several culinary and hospitality organizations, he is passionate about sourcing exceptional local ingredients, collaborating with small producers, and crafting dishes that are thoughtful, beautiful, and nourishing. Continually inspired by global cuisine, travel, and design, Chef David remains a visionary who is always dreaming, expanding, and supporting fellow restaurateurs in their own pursuits.
