If you are seeing varied colors of session titles, here is your guide:
Cranberry = Catersource education sessions
Bright pink = TSE education sessions
Dark blue = those sessions or events that can be attended by anyone with a Catersource or TSE pass, or requires a separate ticket.
Find your best experience by first choosing the pass type you have purchased. This will weed out all other extraneous sessions.

Sessions do fill up and seating is first come, first served. Note: Individual presentations may also be on this website shortly before the published show dates. They may or may not be the final presentation.

Alan Lazar, M.Ed., CCEChef, PresidentBroward Country ACF Chapter

Chef Alan Mark Lazar started his career in the Hospitality/Culinary industry in the famous Catskills Mountains of New York State. His career has led him around the world, tasting and is a Lifelong Learner. Graduating College, Chef Lazar spent a few years traveling the United States, Canada and Mexico, finally settling in Florida. In Florida he worked in many businesses learning his main craft of Butchery. He is a qualified Master Butcher and ranked 50th in the Butcher Hall of fame.

In 1994, Chef Lazar was asked to join the Faculty at the prestigious culinary college, Johnson and Wales University in North Miami, Fla He taught over 10,000 students the art of Butchery besides other classes. Many have continued in the industry and have become leaders on their own. In 2017, Chef Lazar transitioned to the high school culinary classes and has been there since.

He is the current president of the Broward County ACF Chapter.
