Joining the Daniel et Daniel team in 2010, Bonnie's creativity and innovation, combined with her exceptional talent quickly elevated her to lead the Pastry Department. Bonnie has participated in professional development programs across North America as both teacher & student, and won the 2015 Quick Fire Recipe Challenge at "Catersource" in Las Vegas.
