Sylvain Gregoire, Vice-President, Senik Group
With nearly 20 years of experience, Sylvain began his journey at SÉNIK in 2005 as the company's very first employee. In 2013, he stepped into the role of co-owner, helping shape the agency's evolution. SÉNIK later expanded its impact through the acquisition of Champagne Events, and most recently, the integration of Fuze Entertainment and e=mc² events & productions in 2024. Sylvain holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing, Communications, and Industrial Relations from Université Laval. He brings a unique mix of strategic thinking and relational skills to the table—an expert in marketing, business development, big-picture planning, and interpersonal connections (ideally with a coffee in hand). Known as a natural connector and trusted advisor, Sylvain thrives on building strong, lasting relationships. He's also a leadership coach dedicated to empowering others to reach their full potential. Since 2021, he has been actively involved with the MPI Montréal-Québec Chapter, and since 2014, he has co-presented with his business partner Sébastien David at The Special Event. Together, they lead a passionate team of 50+ event professionals, producing events globally from their 5 offices across Canada.
