Patrick (Paddy) Glennon, Chef/Fishmonger, Superior Seafood / Culinary Liberation Front
Patrick “Paddy” Glennon, a 40-year veteran of the restaurant, seafood, and foodservice industry, is an award-winning chef with James Beard House recognition. Trained by top Michelin-star chefs from France, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Mexico, and Brazil, he mentors young chefs and champions sustainable initiatives. As a friend and adviser to The Chef’s Accord at The Ecology Center in San Juan Capistrano, he promotes sustainable aquaculture and wild-caught seafood. Starting at Macmillan Commercial Pier in Provincetown, MA, he rose to VP of Sales at Santa Monica Seafood and now serves as lead Fishmonger for Superior Seafood Los Angeles. Featured on Food Network, Iron Chef America, Bizarre Foods, and more, Paddy lives in Dana Point, CA, with his wife Christina and their six children.
