If you are seeing varied colors of session titles, here is your guide:
Cranberry = Catersource education sessions
Bright pink = TSE education sessions
Dark blue = those sessions or events that can be attended by anyone with a Catersource or TSE pass, or requires a separate ticket.
Find your best experience by first choosing the pass type you have purchased. This will weed out all other extraneous sessions.
Sessions do fill up and seating is first come, first served. Note: Individual presentations may also be on this website shortly before the published show dates. They may or may not be the final presentation.

Colbért has been with the Footers Catering family since 2007. She was first introduced to the company when seeking out a caterer for her own wedding and found the perfect fit not only for her special day, but also for a passionate career. She has been an integral part in growing the company’s family of brands to now include an event venue, Social Capitol; a heartled leadership consulting company, MIBE; and a future quick-service restaurant, Arvada Garage. In her current Executive Leadership role she leads the Event Coordination Team, Marketing Team, Hospitality Team, and Venue Team. Colbert is currently on the board for the International Caterers Association, which is dedicated to the growth and success of hospitality and event professionals. A proud University of Colorado-Boulder Alumni, she served on the Alumni Board for over a decade, helping found a chapter in Denver specifically for Young Alumni. Colbert lives in Littleton, Colorado, where she and her husband, Nick, grew up. They have a ten-year-old daughter, Nina, and Colbert is an active volunteer with the Littleton Public Schools Foundation.
