Margaret Brower, Director of Sales, Bonura Hospitality Group
Margaret Brower is the Director of Sales for the Bonura Hospitality Group, overseeing the strategic sales program for four event venues and three restaurants. Margaret joined BHG in 2006, and as a goal oriented leader, she has driven the company and its culture forward year after year. Margaret’s passion is creating a sales force where every team member maximizes their potential. While metrics and bottom lines are important, she believes in focusing first on people. Her philosophy on the reciprocal relationship between the sales individual and the sales team, has grown Bonura Hospitality exponentially. She is an active member of the LCA and ICA. By personally planning over 3400 weddings for couples in the Hudson Valley and Long Island, Margaret has tapped into the service of sales. Annually, Margaret is the executive planner on meaningful events such as Go Red for Women, Hudson Valley LGBTQ Center, and The Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse, where she directs the organizations to share their mission through unrivaled 5 star events. Out of the office, you can find Margaret teaching her two young daughter’s how to set tables and peel carrots at her and her husband’s farm-to-table Italian restaurant in Millbrook, NY, or learning survival skills with her Girl Scout troop.
