View, browse, and sort the ever-growing list of sessions by pass type, track, and format.
If you are seeing varied colors of session titles, here is your guide:
Cranberry = Catersource education sessions
Bright pink = TSE education sessions
Dark blue = those sessions or events that can be attended by anyone with a Catersource or TSE pass, or requires a separate ticket.
Find your best experience by first choosing the pass type you have purchased. This will weed out all other extraneous sessions.
Sessions do fill up and seating is first come, first served. Note: Individual presentations may also be on this website shortly before the published show dates. They may or may not be the final presentation.

We aim to make the Big Events an unforgettable experience of connection and inspiration - and one in which happy clients return to do it again! But what happens when the Big Event becomes unforgettable for all the wrong reasons? It's happened to every coordinator, planner, florist and caterer - and sometimes the pain, embarrassment, and fallout prove significant. But what if these are the moments that provide the single most important insights and material for your best season of professional (and personal) growth?
Bobby Hulme-Lippert is a veteran wedding officiant of twenty years, and he has seen it all - including a few unforgettable moments that were entirely his fault. Harnessing his own stories and data-driven insights about professional growth and guest satisfaction, Bobby's interactive keynote makes clear why your 'unforgettable' Big Event mishaps and failures are always the most generative and important. He will also provide key, practical tools for helping to ensure that your future Big Events are truly unforgettable in the very best sense of the word.
