Joe brings over 25 years of experience in creating spectacular events, his visionary leadership driving the aesthetic and functional aspects of event design. Complementing his expertise, Meg Lefeld offers a unique perspective shaped by her personal journey of recovery from a traumatic brain injury. Her in-depth research into how our brains process sensory information has sparked innovative approaches to make events not only safer but also universally welcoming.

Together, Joe and Meg are pioneering the integration of sensory-smart strategies in event spaces. Their session will reveal how the events industry can apply a thoughtful balance of visual, auditory, and tactile elements to enhance guest comfort and engagement. Attendees will learn how strategic adjustments in lighting, sound, and décor can significantly improve the event experience, fostering environments that ensure every guest feels both stimulated and at ease.

Ideal for planners of corporate events, weddings, or large-scale conferences, this presentation will empower you with the knowledge to design event spaces that prioritize the well-being of all attendees, making your events stand out as successful, inclusive, and serene.
