She will discuss how understanding and communication play an important role in making sure everyone involved is on the same page. Zohe draws on her experience in the industry, having coordinated, organized, and managed various mitzvah events. Through personal stories and anecdotes, she will provide essential tips on how to successfully manage expectations while balancing tradition and modern culture. Additionally, Zohe will share advice on what to look out for when planning a mitzvah to incorporate trends and needs in order to prepare teams to be fully confident in the end product.
