Elgin Woodman, Executive chef, Joy Wallace Catering and Design
Elgin is responsible for the culinary artistry behind Joy Wallace events. From menu development to high-volume production, she’s at the helm of the foodservice machine. Her Peruvian heritage speaks loudly through her food. At the same time, Elgin, an award-winning chef, is gifted with the cultural fusion of diverse cuisines, offering guests a true taste of Miami’s ethnic kaleidoscope. She has an AA in Culinary Arts at Johnson and Wales Bachelor’s in hospitality management at Florida International University.
