Jen Trotter is the force behind Lip Service Makeup, the beauty team that has set the standard in Dallas/Fort Worth and beyond. For the last 30 years, Jen and her team have created high-end, camera-ready hair and makeup for weddings, editorial, television, film, commercial, and corporate projects — all delivered with a calm, seamless experience that clients trust from the first photo to the final moment.
Lip Service Makeup has won every major bridal beauty award in DFW, consistently rising above hundreds of competitors and earning the coveted AACWP Vendi Award five years in a row, as well as Hall of Fame status from multiple organizations. Jen’s work has been featured in top national publications, television shows, and commercial projects, including BRIDES, Martha Stewart Weddings, The Today Show, Bella NY, Dateline NBC, Netflix’s Love Is Blind, TLC, Oxygen, Paramount Network, and many more.
Outside of beauty, Jen is a sought-after speaker, educator, and mentor. After several years of fulfilling various board roles within PWG and WIPA, she was recently appointed to the role of National Director of Membership Retention for WIPA, marking a significant milestone in her industry leadership. An elite speaker at Catersource and Wedding MBA for several years, she is also active in NACE, MPI, AACWP, PWG, ILEA and SWP. Jen teaches wedding professionals of all types how to reduce conflict and chaos through clearer communication - helping them protect their energy, deliver better client experiences, grow their business, and build long-term sustainability.
