As chefs de partie for New York’s top off-premise catering firms—among them Acquolina, Cafiero Lussier, Constellation, Melba’s, Pinch Food Design, Sonnier & Castle, Thomas Preti, Union Square Events, and Upper Crust—they have led the kitchen teams for many of the largest and most exclusive events on New York’s social calendar: Park Avenue Armory Gala, NBA Legends Brunch, Manhattan Cocktail Classic. And their reputations for executing top-quality food in logistically challenging spaces have made them indispensable for award-winning restaurant chefs cooking off-premise dinners in NYC, including Marcus Samuelsson and Frank Stitt. The Soto brothers live in Bronx, New York with their families.
