Before recently being promoted to Director of Hospitality Operations, Danielle Shapiro served as the Managing Director of Yale Catering for 4+ years. Yale Catering is a complex on and off-premise catering organization of 200+ employees and 3,000+ annual catering functions – including full-service, drop-off services, and equipment rentals. Before Yale, Danielle was a key member of the international pre-opening team for the Mondrian Doha, Qatar. Danielle has worked at iconic, top-tier organizations in New York City throughout her career, including Tavern on the Green, Four Seasons, Hilton, Marriott, and Metropolitan Pavilion. Danielle holds both a B.S and M.S. in Hospitality from The Ohio State University and New York University. She is a working Mom with 2 boys under 2!
