After over 20 years spent working in events and hospitality, Jen Salerno took her industry experience to the stage and screen as an emcee and moderator for live, virtual and hybrid events, as well as an on-camera and podcast host. After witnessing the drive for positive change that is the hallmark of the events industry, she is excited to bring her passion, knowledge, and skillset to elevate your event through authentic connection. Jen’s innate curiosity and background in hospitality enables her to genuinely engage with speakers and audiences alike, building a sense of community within your organization or event. She understands the demands meeting professionals and event organizers face, and can partner with you well in advance of your event to assist with agenda design, script writing, promotion, and content amplification. When it’s show time, Jen brings a mix of engaging energy and calm capability, ready to skillfully guide your audience through a cohesive event journey that meets the objectives and expectations of all stakeholders. A lifelong learner with a thirst for personal and professional development, Jen continues to partner with key event industry organizations such as the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) as well as the International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE).
