Matt RadicelliFounderMentor Pods

Matt Radicelli is a renowned entrepreneur and business coach from Cleveland, Ohio. He began in 1999 as founder of Rock The House and transformed it from a small, home-based business into a nationally operating entertainment and audio-visual company. After 25 years of buying, building, managing, and selling event-industry businesses, Matt and his company were awarded the Fastest Growing Company in Cleveland in 2019. Shortly after, he sold his largest venture (a production and entertainment company handling over 2,000 events and generating $8 MM+ annually) and established Mentor Pods Group Coaching. At Mentor Pods, Matt dedicates the majority of his time to helping all types of event-based executives, business owners, and key associates ‘level up’, make better decisions faster, and become the very best versions of themselves. His rare personality profile makes him a uniquely qualified coach and consultant, with a 50/50 split for creative and analytical skills and an expert-level understanding of all disciplines of business. This comprehensive expertise has earned him the nickname, “The Business Handyman.” Matt speaks, coaches, and mentors others throughout the country, but never stops learning. He continues to enjoy leadership roles, participating in, and speaking within the International Live Events Association (ILEA), National Association for Catering and Events (NACE), Entrepreneurs’ Organization / YPO, Think Tank (National & Regional), WeddingMBA and dozens of additional annual conferences. His motto, “Decline, Delegate, Do,” keeps him on track daily and serves as the founding principle of his coaching methodologies. Above all else, Matt keeps his priorities straight: family first. Period.
