Jacqui Pressinger, Director of Strategic Partnerships, American Culinary Federation
Jacqui Pressinger is Director of Strategic Partnerships at American Culinary Federation (ACF), the largest association of Professional Chefs in North America. She has dedicated her life to the culinary & foodservice education industries, and holds Degrees in both Culinary Management and Baking & Pastry as a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) & Newbury College, and has trained in the USA and Canada. Jacqui has worked in many capacities in the culinary industry, including roles in the kitchens of upscale hotels, bakeries, restaurants, and as a culinary educator. Now, she utilizes her industry experience as her responsibilities at ACF National Headquarters involve overseeing and growing industry partnerships, development of ACF's professional development initiatives, conference educational strategy, and she is the host of ACF United's webinar series. She is also very honored to serve as a member of; the Board of Directors for (WCR) Women Chefs & Restaurateurs, on SkillsUSA's National Culinary Tech Committee, Culinary/Hospitality Industry Chair on SkillsUSA Florida's Board of Directors, and serves on the James Beard Foundation's (JBF) Women's Leadership Programs Advisory Board. Jacqui is also a judge for the (IACP) International Association of Culinary Professional's- Food Writing/Cookbook Awards, was recognized this year as a 2020 Reader's Pick for Nation's Restaurant News/NRN Power List Award for Most Influential Solutions Providers/Operators in the Country, and is also a proud and active member of Les Dames d'Escoffier International (LDEI). Her greatest pleasure (besides great food & wine), is providing pathways and networking opportunities to emerging chefs & culinary students, who wish to further their careers. After over 25 years in the foodservice industry, her focus and goal is to uplift those working in all sectors of the culinary profession.
