Michael lives in Madison with his wife of over 20 years, Lizabeth, and their three amazing daughters: Naomi, Rebekah, and Abigail. After a career in youth ministry, Michael brought his people-centered approach to Blue Plate in 2015, where he's helped shape the company's growth and culture. Driven by a passion for understanding people and helping them thrive, he has played a key role in Blue Plate's impressive employee retention. His impact is reflected in the company's recognition as one of Madison's Best Places to Work in 2025.
