Jaime Peterson, Director of Sales, Saz's Hospitality Group
Jaime Peterson started her career in hospitality in November of 2005. She was recruited out of radio advertising sales and into her first sales & catering gig after writing a successful advertising campaign for a Milwaukee area restaurant and banquet facility. She then spent 7 years with this hospitality group growing their banquet business and later creating and developing their catering division. She developed relationships all over the city with venues and vendors. She then moved on to broaden her experience in the world of hospitality and worked in sales for a 4 diamond resort, gaining experience in hotel, spa, golf and more as well as taking on a business development role with a fine dining restaurant group and eventually back into the world of off-premise catering where she now works for Saz's Hospitality Group managing the sales team. In the short time that Jaime has been with Saz's, she has not only drastically increased sales by bringing new business in the door but also coaching and mentoring the sales team to think outside the box, get creative and focus on quality sales over quantity of sales. Jaime is very passionate with an insatiable need to succeed in all she does. She had a Wisconsin Law changed in her name (Peterson vs. Volkswagen of America) after a bad experience that lead her to realize no one should have go to thru what she did and in 2005 tried out for the then hit show The Apprentice where she made it thru more than one interview before being turned down. She is a current member of NACE (National Association for Catering Executives) as well as ICA (International Caterers Association). She graduated from Alverno College in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and is a proud mother of two.
