If you are seeing varied colors of session titles, here is your guide:
Cranberry = Catersource education sessions
Bright pink = TSE education sessions
Dark blue = those sessions or events that can be attended by anyone with a Catersource or TSE pass, or requires a separate ticket.
Find your best experience by first choosing the pass type you have purchased. This will weed out all other extraneous sessions.
Sessions do fill up and seating is first come, first served. Note: Individual presentations may also be on this website shortly before the published show dates. They may or may not be the final presentation.

Thao was born in Vung Tau, Vietnam, but her formative years were spent in Minnesota. After spending years in the corporate world, Thao decided to pursue her passion for food and wine. Thao studied culinary arts at The Art Institutes International Minnesota. She has experience working in both catering and restaurant industries. Thao had the unique opportunity to work alongside Michelin Star and James Beard Finalist Chef Michael Diaz de Leon for an event presented by Stella Artois and James Beard Foundation. Thao's passion for food is closely followed by her love of wine. She studied at the Napa Valley Wine Academy and is WSET Level 3 Wines Certified. She has further honed her wine skills by shadowing head wine makers from Napa and Sonoma, CA. Thao has spoken at various events for International Live Event Association (ILEA - MSP) and has taught numerous wine classes both in person and virtual to participants across the country. Thao is passionate about food and wine and hopes to share this passion with you.
