John McLallen, Sous Chef, The Chef's Table
John has been with The Chef's Table for over 12 years, having risen from prep cook to his current role as Sous Chef. In that time, "JB" has handled every type of event. He has run concessions for thousands at an annual musical festival, loves anything related to BBQ and takes special pride in training new hires. JB thrives in the paradox of off-premise catering, innately understanding the consistency needed in the recipes used but the adaptability required for each venue and situation.
