Ron Knoll was born into the restaurant business. A third generation hospitality professional with over 35 years of experience in restaurant, events and private club operations and sales management. His belief of teaching and mentoring with a “true hands on” common sense approach empowers FOH & BOH teams to deliver guest focused service with a smile. Mentoring your staff, giving them the service skills and tools to engage guests and solve problems on the floor is a key component to raising your level of service. “It’s all about taking care of the guest”and exceeding expectations. While working for Kuffler Gastronomie in Munich, Germany he refined his skills managing events for BMW, Siemens, Nixdorf, Escada and Oktoberfest. Ron also worked with the Chaine des Rotisseurs to manage events in Switzerland, Austria and Germany. Born and raised in Los Angeles he has worked as a Managing Partner, restaurant GM, Dir of F&B, Dir of Banquets, Dir of Catering & Conference Services, Club Dir. of Operations along with being a veteran of such high profile events as the Emmy’s, The Oscars, Golden Globes, Critics Choice Awards, YPO, NBA Awards and many other notable galas. His background includes Sommelier, Cicerone, European Service, Craft and Mixology Bartending.
