If you are seeing varied colors of session titles, here is your guide:
Dark teal = Catersource education sessions
Dark orange = TSE education sessions
Black = those sessions or events that can be attended by anyone with a Catersource or TSE pass, or requires a separate ticket.
Find your best experience by first choosing the pass type you have purchased. This will weed out all other extraneous sessions.

Sessions do fill up and seating is first come, first served. Note: Individual presentations may also be on this website shortly before the published show dates. They may or may not be the final presentation.

Julia Kendrick ConwayFounderAssaggiare Mendocino, Inc

Julia Kendrick Conway is the founder of Assaggiare Mendocino, Inc., a northern California destination wedding catering company. She has been in the catering and events industry for over 25 years and mentors other industry entrepreneurs, in addition to running her own company. With a background in sales, marketing and behavioral psychology, and a BS Business from CA State University San Jose, Julia brings a wealth of experience to the table. Her culinary background includes the Culinary Institute of America in Napa, a cooking program in Tuscany and years in the kitchen of her company. Additionally, Julia is active in community building and industry advocacy at both the state and national level, and serves on the NACE National Advocacy Committee and the Executive Advisory Board of the California Events Collective. She is currently developing an Arizona division of the company to provide curated private dining experiences and culinary education featuring the foods and traditions of the Sonoran desert and her new home in Tucson, a UNESCO City of Gastronomy.
