With over 25 years of experience in the wedding and event industry and 12 years as a business owner, Irene Tyndale is a seasoned expert, educator, and mentor to planners at all stages of their businesses. She is the Founder and Host of the Becoming the Business Retreat for Wedding Planners, an annual retreat-style conference in Atlanta, GA, where planners come to BECOME better CEOs, planners, and women. Irene coaches planners in the start-up, growth, and scaling phases through two coaching programs: Success Pod for Planners: Designed for planners in the start-up and growth stages. CEO Collective for Wedding Planners: For planners ready to scale their businesses. Her signature program, the Wedding Management Blueprint, teaches planners how to plan, manage, and execute weddings with precision. Irene is also the host of the podcast "Inside the Wedding Planner's Mind", where she dives deep into the experiences, challenges, and successes of wedding planners. Her passion for design, logistics, creating memorable experiences, and, most importantly, people, defines her approach to the industry. Irene is the owner and principal planner of Irene Tyndale Weddings & Events, a premier planning firm based in Atlanta, GA. Supported by a talented team of planners and assistants, the company provides full-service planning and coordination for both wedding and corporate clients, delivering exceptional experiences across various event types. Before starting her business in 2012, Irene worked as a Catering Sales Manager at various reputable hotels in Atlanta, specializing in weddings and social events. This role helped her develop strong vendor relationships and an eye for detail that continues to distinguish her work today. A devoted wife and mother, Irene is married to her college sweetheart, and together they have two beautiful children. Family comes first, and her faith and family values are central to her life and career.
