Frank Carlisi is the Director of Design at Bold Catering & Design and the Co-Creator and Executive Producer of the hit A&E home renovation series Betting on Beloit, currently filming its second season. A New York native and classically trained chef, Frank brings more than 25 years of hospitality and event experience to crafting bold, people-first designs that are as immersive as they are unforgettable.
A seasoned event producer and design-driven storyteller, Frank has built a career around creating experiences that don’t just entertain but transform. Known for developing outlier concepts that captivate audiences, he blends culinary artistry, narrative instinct, and deep industry expertise to create moments that feel fresh, human, and visually magnetic.
With a portfolio spanning award-winning television and high-profile events, Frank has
collaborated with leading networks including A&E, HGTV, and Lifetime. His work continues to push creative boundaries, merging the worlds of design, hospitality, and storytelling in ways that resonate deeply with viewers and clients alike.

Based in Atlanta, Georgia, he lives with his partner Steven and their two spoiled French Bulldogs, Spike and Gypsy.
