Executive Chef/Co-Owner. A CIA graduate, Mark began his culinary career working at various restaurants in Boston including The East Coast Grill. Mark began The Chef’s Table almost 20 years ago, originally as personal chef service. Catering has turned out to be a natural fit for his constant desire to try something new. Having always been a “Gadget Guy”, Mark thrives on the innovative, whether it is building new food props and displays, or experimenting with new cooking methods.
