Julie Ellis, Co-Owner, The Chef's Table
Julie began her career in Human Resources before agreeing to "help" her husband Mark as he began a personal chef business over 20 years ago. Since then, they have grown The Chef's Table to be a full-service boutique caterer in the Boston market while raising three daughters. In that time, Julie confesses to having learned many lessons the hard way - in particular, that "no" can be one of the best answers a business owner can give! Now a convert, Julie oversees the planning and business aspects of the company and is on a constant quest to find ways to optimize the profitability of the company during the post-Covid era of the "Great Resignation"
