Miro Diamante is the Director of Event Services at Accent Indy, a DMC Network Company. With a decade of experience in the special events industry, Miro is a seasoned professional known for his expertise in relationship-first sales approach and fusing the influence of pop culture into impactful event experiences. His contributions have earned him several accolades, including ILEA Indiana’s Rising Star Award and the DMC Network Ohana Award.
In addition to his role at Accent Indy, Miro is a frequent contributor to the Special Event Magazine and actively promotes the importance of DEIA in and out of the Special Event industry. Additionally, he also sits on various boards and helps fundraise for local LGBTQIA+ organizations and charities in Indiana.
Outside of his professional life, Miro enjoys cooking, is a proud thing of all things "nerdy", is a huge music buff with a particular love for all things shiny/disco/glam! When not at work, Miro moonlights as the drag queen Neon Van Ryan, traveling across the country to perform and emcee shows and charity events.
