If you are seeing varied colors of session titles, here is your guide:
Cranberry = Catersource education sessions
Bright pink = TSE education sessions
Dark blue = those sessions or events that can be attended by anyone with a Catersource or TSE pass, or requires a separate ticket.
Find your best experience by first choosing the pass type you have purchased. This will weed out all other extraneous sessions.
Sessions do fill up and seating is first come, first served. Note: Individual presentations may also be on this website shortly before the published show dates. They may or may not be the final presentation.

Founder & President of DeAngelo’s Catering and Events – celebrating their 42nd year in producing events for clients from a variety of markets. • Steve DeAngelo is a Portland native and started his food service career 50 years ago working for his father at DeAngelo’s Italian Restaurant in SE Portland. • He is a founding member and Past President of the Tigard Downtown Alliance (a Non-Profit) which produces Community Events and as well as assists the City, businesses, and property owners with revitalization of the Downtown Urban Renewal District. • A founding member of the Sustainable Catering Association. • Board Chair for Potluck in in the Park (a non-profit) that feed’s those less fortunate a hot meal for the past 31 years every Sunday This organization is all-volunteer, no paid staff and no formal funding. • Active member and peer advisor of SBDC Growth Wheel Management class for nearly 20 years • 2014 Chamber Business of the year Award • 2018 Shining Stars recipient of volunteer of the year Award • 2023 Shining Stars First Citizen Award • Certified Green Wedding Planner • Washington County Recycle at Work Participant (1st-50 companies) • In 2002 Steve purchased and redeveloped a 3000 square foot production facility. The new facility opened in November 2003 where they house sales, accounting, a showroom for meeting clients as well as our modern state of the art kitchen Steve’s passions include spending time with family, volunteering, fundraising, and various outdoor activities as well as presenting and consulting at local, regional, and national industry events on a variety of topics including: sustainability in food services, eco-friendly event planning, food truck catering, profit focused solutions and greening food service practices.
