If you are seeing varied colors of session titles, here is your guide:
Cranberry = Catersource education sessions
Bright pink = TSE education sessions
Dark blue = those sessions or events that can be attended by anyone with a Catersource or TSE pass, or requires a separate ticket.
Find your best experience by first choosing the pass type you have purchased. This will weed out all other extraneous sessions.

Sessions do fill up and seating is first come, first served. Note: Individual presentations may also be on this website shortly before the published show dates. They may or may not be the final presentation.

Ryan Corvaia founded Dish Food & Events in 2008 and has led the company through steady growth year after year. In 2025, Ryan launched Heart Hospitality Consulting where he coaches and trains company owners and leaders on elevating your business with "Hospitality as Company Culture." With a focus on hiring, training, mentorship, team retention and human resources, Ryan's philosophy is that heart hospitality starts with your team and ultimately flows to your clients and guests. Ryan proudly sits on the Executive Board of the International Caterers Association (ICA), ​where he is the current President Elect of the organization. He and his husband, Maulik Pancholy, split their time between Brooklyn, NY and East Hampton, NY, where Ryan is an avid flower and vegetable gardener.
