If you are seeing varied colors of session titles, here is your guide:
Dark teal = Catersource education sessions
Dark orange = TSE education sessions
Black = those sessions or events that can be attended by anyone with a Catersource or TSE pass, or requires a separate ticket.
Find your best experience by first choosing the pass type you have purchased. This will weed out all other extraneous sessions.

Sessions do fill up and seating is first come, first served. Note: Individual presentations may also be on this website shortly before the published show dates. They may or may not be the final presentation.

Norma Charette WhiteDeputy Director, Conferences and EventsAuxiliary Services | Vanderbilt University

Norma J Charette, Director of Conference Services; Sodexo University Division Norma began her career with Sodexo in March 2012 as subject matter expert / consultant for Sodexo's Conference Services division. During her tenure over the past nine years, she has worked with many collegiate and corporate based sales, catering and conference teams in the role of consultant, mentor and trainer and manager for on-site conference teams. Her forte is working to find your venue "sweet spot" that portrays your venue strengths. She has been instrumental in networking with industry professional and planner to secure sales leads for our conference teams and has helped to promote and advance the concept of university venues as a Meetings Destination. Prior to this role Norma served as the executive director of conference and university event services at the University of New England in Maine for 8+ years, where she established a robust "one stop shop" certified conference operation for both of its Maine-based locations. She and her teams were successful in putting systems and processes in place that worked to increase revenue streams to the university conference operation. Norma is also skilled in the academic arena, having served in the role of director of summer / winter session and international programs and was instrumental in growing continuing education program to help promote both academic credit-bearing and non-credit bearing programs. We are looking forward to working with your current teams to put plans in place that will open up opportunities to secure new business initiatives to UNLV's CAEO's Operation.
