Chef Stephanie Bogert, Assistant Executive Chef, Harrah College of Hospitality, University of Nevada, Las Vegas
Stephanie Bogert is the Assistant Executive Chef of the William F. Harrah College of Hospitality at University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She manages the catering operations, including the café at the Hospitality College, providing students opportunities to gain real life experiences and successfully transition them into the industry. Stephanie has spent over six years in the Hospitality Industry in her hometown Las Vegas, Nevada in the culinary field. She gained her skills and knowledge of front of the house and back of the house operations during her time at Southern Glazer’s Wine and spirits, having worked at numerous events with Executive Chefs from restaurants on the Las Vegas Strip. After her successful career at Southern, Stephanie decided to transition to UNLV to further her career and teach students the operations of food and beverage. She assisted with the development of the catering program and the café for the Hospitality College, and is now partnering with a local restaurant group developing restaurant concepts for the Las Vegas area.
