industry. He is committed to providing knowledge and innovative solutions to an array of food production environments, crafting an operational expertise that encompasses all aspects of the hospitality world, concentrating on creative menu engineering, service and delivery methods, kitchen layout and design, and HACCP planning and surveying. Jeff spent the last 10+yrs supporting a diverse portfolio of companies across the Southeast by way of Chef, director, mentor and consultant capacities. Chef Jeff Bignell is currently the Southeast Manager & Corporate Chef for IRINOX North America.
