If you are seeing varied colors of session titles, here is your guide:
Cranberry = Catersource education sessions
Bright pink = TSE education sessions
Dark blue = those sessions or events that can be attended by anyone with a Catersource or TSE pass, or requires a separate ticket.
Find your best experience by first choosing the pass type you have purchased. This will weed out all other extraneous sessions.
Sessions do fill up and seating is first come, first served. Note: Individual presentations may also be on this website shortly before the published show dates. They may or may not be the final presentation.

Oree-Bailey “Jolie” began her career in corporate America, and celebrated several corporate successes including serving as a market manager for a marketing promotions company, co-owner of a fashion show production company with offices in Atlanta and Dallas and top performing sales executive for two Fortune 500 companies. In 2007, Jolie decided it was time to use the cooking techniques learned from her grandparents and follow her heart’s passion which was cooking and sharing the style of food that is associated with the coastal areas of Georgia and South Carolina also known as The Low Country. Thus, Low Country Quisine by Chef Jolie was born! Low Country Quisine has become an industry-leading catering company. Currenlty Low Country Quisine has the distinction of being the largest full-service catering company owned by an African American women in Dallas/Fort Worth. Low Country Quisine is now celebrating 14 years in business, with growth year over year, recently doubling the size of their commercial kitchen, adding eight new full-time employees. The company has had the honor of serving many celebrities and influencers including nationally known radio personalities, Tom Joyner and Charlamagne tha god, US representatives, Colin Allred and John Lewis, activist, Ms. Opal Lee, Questlove, The Dallas Mavericks, and serving as the official caterer for Jerry Jones and The Dallas Cowboys for more than two years. Jolie has been recognized for her superior cooking style in various media outlets, including Good Morning Texas and Good Day. Low Country Quisine was voted Wedding Wire’s Couple’s Choice, highlighted for Best of The Knot Wedding Magazine and has been a featured presenter for the Catersource Conference. In 2020, Jolie was able to realize her long term goal of launching the first product in her retail food line, A Dab A Do Ya!, “An Everyday Seasoning”. Jolie says, “The best is yet to come!” Be on the look out for additional retail food products, and her cookbooks.
