AJ Harris, Executive Chef, Dish Food & Events
AJ Harris brings deep culinary expertise and a people-first leadership style to his role as Executive Chef at Dish Food & Events. A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America with roots in Kentucky and Hawaii, AJ's unique culinary perspective has been shaped by his experience at acclaimed restaurants including Untitled at the Whitney, The Standard Hotel, and Proof on Main. AJ is passionate about building kitchens where cooks can grow, thrive, and lead. AJ has helped develop hands-on leadership training and cross-department collaboration programs that foster connection, communication, and career mobility. Outside of the kitchen, AJ can be found riding bikes and skateboarding with his son.
