View, browse, and sort the ever-growing list of sessions by pass type, track, and format.
If you are seeing varied colors of session titles, here is your guide:
Dark teal = Catersource education sessions
Dark orange = TSE education sessions
Black = those sessions or events that can be attended by anyone with a Catersource or TSE pass, or requires a separate ticket.
Find your best experience by first choosing the pass type you have purchased. This will weed out all other extraneous sessions.
Sessions do fill up and seating is first come, first served. Note: Individual presentations may also be on this website shortly before the published show dates. They may or may not be the final presentation.

Catering is a multi-layered business model with many moving parts. How well-oiled is your machine? Managing these complex entities require your attention in running a successful business. Are you really making money? Having a full calendar doesn't guarantee profitability (although your sales team would like you to think that). Food costs, beverage costs, vendor costs, payroll, inventory and equipment management (just to name a few) can get out of control without you even knowing.
It's all about the numbers. Numbers don't lie. Emotions do. Passion and hard work do not guarantee your catering company is profitable. Often, they create the opposite result. Take control today.
After completion of this workshop, you will...
• Know your Prime Costs
• Control your Food Costs
• Control Your Beverage Costs
• Control your inventory Costs
• Control your Payroll Cost
