Greg Casella and Ginger Timms both built catering businesses from scratch as competitors in Silicon Valley. In many ways, they helped each other to survive, sell, and succeed in establishing an exit strategy. At the right time they both turned their businesses over in different ways, exactly 20 years apart. They will share how they did it, and what they are doing now.
