Dark teal = Catersource education sessions
Dark orange = TSE education sessions
Black = those sessions or events that can be attended by anyone with a Catersource or TSE pass, or requires a separate ticket.
Find your best experience by first choosing the pass type you have purchased. This will weed out all other extraneous sessions.

Sessions do fill up and seating is first come, first served. Note: Individual presentations may also be on this website shortly before the published show dates. They may or may not be the final presentation.

Yet, while beautiful weddings don't just happen, they're planned, and after they're planned they have to be executed with such military precision to ensure that your couple's perfect day is memorable for all the right reasons. In this session, we will talk about some of the best logistical techniques to bring your successful events to fruition with a system you can duplicate every time.

In this session for all event pros who have some role in event management, you'll join award winning wedding planner and designer Terrica as she takes you through her process of event management with her own personal arsenal of:

Workflow techniques: Learn how to create a workflow for their wedding coordination process, from start to finish. This will include creating a timeline, assigning tasks, and tracking progress.

Logistical schedules: Discover how to create logistical schedules for their weddings, including schedules for the day of the wedding, the rehearsal dinner, and the bridal shower. These schedules will help to ensure that everything runs smoothly on the big day.

Behind-the-scenes event documents: Gain knowledge about the different behind-the-scenes event documents that are essential for wedding coordination, such as contracts, vendor agreements, and emergency plans. These documents will help to protect both the couple and the wedding coordinator in case of any unexpected events.
